Kota Kinabalu: The public are invited to attend the 2017 Kaamatan Upko Nasional themed "Bersama Maju Berbudaya."The event is set to be held at the Sabah Cultural Centre in Penampang on May 13 from 9.30am to 3pm.Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman and Upko Acting President Datuk Seri Wilfred Madius Tangau are expected to be the guest of honours.
