Kota Kinabalu: Kapayan Assemblyman Dr Edwin Bosi said the way aspiring candidate Datuk Francis Goh has been spending millions of ringgit made it look like the Barisan National government does not have the funds to develop or maintain a constituency such as Kapayan. "The Sabah Assembly is sitting on April 6-13, and I hope I can get some answer to how and where the RM2million annual Assemblyman's allocation is spent," he said.

Dr Bosi questioned why Goh wanted to enter politics if he is already helping the people through his business ventures, I think the answer is obvious, he said.

He reminded Goh not to forget to resolve the numerous complaints that are related to his housing development business.

The complainant Lin of Putatan Platinum Plaza has been trying to resolve his problems with the management of Kinsalaju Sdn Bhd and developer Kinsagaya Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Kinsabina.

Dr Bosi said he has acted for Lin by raising the matter in the media and also by contacting Goh.

Unfortunately, the problems continue to persist and caused Lin to move his business away from Putatan Platinum Plaza in November last year.

Dr Bosi said he sympathised with Lin as his business there (Putatan Platinum Plaza) was badly affected by the dirty smelly clogged drains, damaged and dirty buildings and a wholesaler who impeded his business by having lorries lining up in front of his shop.

"This wholesaler has even erected structure that is fire hazard, tolerated by Kinsalaju and believed to have no approval from the Putatan Council."
