AirAsia introduces KL to Bhubaneswar route

Kuala Lumpur: AirAsia Bhd has introduced the Kuala Lumpur (KL) to Bhubaneswar (India) route effective April 26, 2017. In a statement Thursday, AirAsia said this marks its 14th route into India with four weekly direct flights to Bhubaneswar, the capital of Odisha state.

"Celebratory all-in-fares from RM99 one way are available for booking from Feb 23 until March 5, 2017 for the travel period from Apr 26 until Oct 27, 2017," it added.

Meanwhile, Chief Executive Officer Aireen Omar said with Bhubaneswar now added to its extensive network, AirAsia is unlocking the potential of international air travel from KL to eastern India and surrounding areas.

"At the same time, the people of Odisha can use Bhubaneswar as a gateway to our extensive route network to Asean and beyond, alongside access to over 120 destinations," she added.
